We accept orders online through our website only.
I. Find the items you would like and put them in the shopping cart. You can do this by:
- Clicking on the item you are interested in
- Enter the quantity
- Clicking the ADD Button
- Verify Quantity and Click the Update Button at the bottom of your cart.
- When you have finished your shopping and are ready to purchase, click the green Final Checkout Button.
If you would like to remove items simply put a zero in the quantity box and click the update button at the bottom of your cart.
Once you proceed to the Checkout you are in our Secure Order Form.

NOTE: The billing address entered must correspond with the address on the credit card that will be used for payment. If these do not match your order cannot be processed.

Our preferred carrier is United Parcel Service UPS. For single items, you may choose to send via Priority mail.
IV. Choose Your Payment Preference
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If you are unable to use one of these methods or would like to make other arrangements for bulk orders, please contact us via email or by phone 407.855.4004, and we will be happy to work out an alternative solution for you.
V. Click "Submit" When you are ready to complete your purchase
An invoice of your order will appear on the screen. You can print the invoice for your records at this time. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.

NOTE: A sales tax of will be applied to orders shipped to Florida state addresses and a sales Tax of will be applied to orders shipped to Ohio state addresses.
Shipping Options & Rates:
For Orders shipping within the United States:
- Standard UPS ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
All shipments will have a tracking number which will be included in the email that you will receive confirming that your order has shipped. You will have the ability to check the status of your order at any time by using this number.
Orders will ship within 3 - 5 business days.
NOTE: Orders placed After 12 pm on Fridays or the day before a holiday will ship within 2 – 3 days.
Shipping Rates are computed depending on the weight of your order rounded up to the next pound and based on UPS Rates. Some items may require a small handling fee.
International/Outside The US
Black Market Minerals® ships outside the US via UPS Worldwide Express. Cost varies upon location and shipping method. Costs will be provided during checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling total presented at checkout does not include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. Customers are responsible for these additional charges upon delivery. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.
Black Market Minerals® will not offer refunds on items purchased or shipping and handling charges if you refuse to pay duties, tariffs, or other fees. Most products are made in South Korea and are thus not subject to NAFTA.
Package Arrival time at your residence or business will vary depending upon location.
Shipping rates for UPS Next Day and UPS Second Day depend on the location and weight of package. You will receive an email with the total for the charges.
Product Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at Black Market Minerals. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the order ship date. Items must be returned in their original condition. For example, a partial strand of beads may not be returned.
Please follow the instructions below when returning merchandise:

- Circle the item and how many you are returning.
